“Mas eu não tenho um projeto, eu sou só consultora de comunicação.” Foi essa frase que se repetiu de várias formas diferentes na minha cabeça. Ainda assim, inscrevi meu modelo de consultoria estratégica e amorosa, que busca trabalhar a comunicação de forma humana, verdadeira e sustentável.
Dizer que minha consultoria de comunicação é estratégica e amorosa nem sempre se faz entender. Terminar as palestras e aulas dizendo que tem que ter amor parece um grande clichê. Insistir que para se expressar com verdade precisamos nos autoconhecer e respeitar nossa essência parece papo harebô.
Mas em todas as palestras, painéis e apresentações que frequentei no Pixel Show, se pincelava algo sobre esse assunto. Sobre o protagonismo humano em tempos digitais, sobre empatia, felicidade, coração, compromisso com autoconhecimento, transparência, vulnerabilidade. Foi massa sentir que estou trilhando um caminho coerente com o que tantas pessoas sensacionais falaram esses dias.
Pode parecer tão óbvio, né? Claro que precisamos olhar para as pessoas! Mas estamos em um momento de grande caos social, de silenciamento, de distanciamento. E esse resgate da essência humana, especialmente quando falamos de inovação, estratégia e negócios, é um caminho difícil e necessário.
